Should be a good year for this year’s graduating class… David Ellis at CNN Money writes that employees will offer 17.4% more jobs to this years graduating class compared to last year - and the average salary should be 4.6% higher. Not bad at all…

Some other factoids:

• The highest increase in pay goes to mechanical and chemical engineers with a 7% increase from last year
• Accounting majors pull in an average salary of $46.5k
• still no love for liberal arts majors - avg salary of $30.5k which is down 1.1% from last year
