I use a web site called PassPack. https://passpack.com It is very secure and can be installed locally on your PC as an offline backup. Just make sure to make all your changes, adds and deletes on your online account. The sync only works one way. You can authenticate to the web site using your Google account or a number of other online service accounts. To unpack your encrypted password database requires a longer password phrase with special characters. Once you are in, you can jump to a web site and use the passpack login feature to gain access to your other online services. Very nice! You are limited to 100 passwords. Plenty for the average user. I am managing the passwords for my wife and three kids and I am only up to about 70 entries! I was finger-mcfumbles before I found Passpack!
