Sports fanatics rejoice! Diaper duty doesn’t have to throw you out of watching the big game. In fact, you might even save some money so get ready to touch down on how.
Watch at Home
Avoiding costly ticket prices to enjoy the first pitch to the last blocked kick also saves money on costly stadium refreshments. And if you want to get technical, the comfort of your couch saves you gas and parking prices, too.
Invite Friends
Make it a potluck and tell them to bring their little ones. Inviting friends with kids provides free entertainment for your children, sporting you the freedom to catch more plays.

Wager Wisely
Rather than bet cash, wager babysitting services, car washes or even dish duty. Think of the extra points you’ll score with your spouse in the process!
Record the Game
Sure, this may seem foul at first, but think it through. Time is money and sports can cost you in the advertising department. A four-hour football game can be whittled down to two hours or less if you’re willing to fast forward through countless amounts of beer and car commercials. Instead, drive your remote control back to the game and avoid any temptations to spend the money on the products being advertised to boot. If you prefer a kid free game, this can allow you to watch during naptime or after bedtime. Imagine the peace and try it!
Grocery Shop During the Game
Your recorder is set, so take advantage of the other hometown sports fanatics and enjoy wide-open grocery shopping. An empty store saves you time by allowing you to dribble through aisles faster while freeing you from tempting items not originally on your list. Not to mention, checking out faster means possibly avoiding major baby meltdowns.
With necessities purchased, kids otherwise occupied, your spouse pleased and your friends in charge of your chores, there really isn’t anything left to do, BUT watch the game. You’re welcome.

Your grocery shopping advice is so apt! It really is the best time to go shopping as everyone else is either at the game or at home watching it. Just make sure you get your shopping done before the game gets over because that is when the stores really start getting busy.
